Service

GlowScene converts user event descriptions and permitted files into digital mood boards, décor direction, electronic-light plans, reveal videos and planning exports. It does not supply physical goods, staff, venue services, installation, professional certification or regulated advice.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 18 to purchase. The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision. Account holders are responsible for accurate information, access security and activity under their credentials.

Subscriptions and USD billing

Spark is free. Host and Studio are recurring subscriptions charged in USD at the price and interval shown before checkout. Monthly allowances reset and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. Subscriptions use service entitlements only; there are no prepaid credits, stored value, cash redemption or transfer rights.

Cancellation and refunds

Users may cancel through the billing portal. Access continues to the paid period end. Refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.

User content and outputs

Users retain ownership of eligible uploaded content and grant the limited processing licence in the Content License. Users must have rights and consent for venue images, names and other submitted content. Output rights remain subject to law, third-party rights and the Content License; similarity, exclusivity and clearance are not guaranteed.

Safety and prohibited uses

Outputs are visual references, not construction drawings, electrical instructions, structural calculations, event safety plans or permit guidance. Any regulated work must be handled by an appropriately qualified professional. The restrictions in Acceptable Use form part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted generation, exact visual correspondence, event outcomes, revenue or venue approval. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes, termination and law

We may update features or these terms with reasonable notice where material. We may suspend use for security, non-payment or serious policy breach. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts there have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in a user’s country.
