Allowed purpose

Use the service to explore décor, colour, layout and visual atmosphere based on LED fixtures, projection, stage lighting, electronic lanterns, neon signage and battery-powered electronic candles.

Prohibited hazardous planning

Do not use GlowScene to plan, promote, source, sell, arrange or instruct activity involving regulated hazardous effects, ignition-based services, restricted physical goods, or unsafe venue installations. Do not ask for instructions that bypass electrical, venue, crowd or public-safety requirements.

Rights, consent and honest presentation

Do not upload another person’s venue photo or personal information without authority. Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or trade-mark rights. Do not present generated visuals as photographs of completed work, regulatory approval, engineering documentation or guaranteed outcomes. Do not impersonate people or mislead customers.

Security and enforcement

Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive volume, bypass controls, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful discrimination or harassment. We may block content, preserve evidence, suspend access or report conduct where proportionate and lawful. Contact support if a restriction appears to have been applied in error.
