Content License

Your uploads

You retain rights in original content you lawfully own. You grant us and necessary processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transform and transmit uploads solely to operate, secure and support the requested service. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to short-lived backups and legal retention.

Retention and deletion

Optional venue uploads and generation caches are deleted within 30 days unless saved to an active project. Saved project assets remain until you delete them or close the account; backup copies expire within 90 days. Support may retain a file longer only when you intentionally attach it to an unresolved case or law requires preservation.

Generated output

Subject to law and these terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial event-planning materials. We do not claim ownership of your eligible output. AI output may not qualify for exclusive rights and may resemble material generated for others. You must review output and clear names, likenesses, designs and other rights before publication.

No model training claim

GlowScene does not use customer uploads or outputs to train its own general-purpose model and does not authorise its processors to train general models on that content on our behalf.
